Avalanche: When trying to reserve ports, I get the error "Port with address x/x is not found under 'chassis_ip'

Any chassis type

Answer
Check that multiple chassis with the same IP address do not exist under the Administration window in the Avalanche GUI
If multiple chassis have the same IP address:
Remove all appliances with the same IP address from the Administration window
Change the management IP address to be distinct for each appliance
Close the GUI, kill all Java processes on the host running the GUI
Restart the GUI and re-add the devices
