iTest: Getting error "COM1: SerOpenPort failed: Port is in use" while connecting to the Serial port using iTest Serial session.

iTest 5.1
Answer
Close the iTest and open it from the command prompt with "-clean" option.
Ex: C:\Program Files\Spirent Communications\iTest 5.1>iTest.exe -clean
Start a Serial session and see if you are able to connect to the port.
