This error means mobile fails to Ping Application Server on eHRPD network.
The most important thing is we need update router configuration in order to perform eHRPD tests. Ensure the routing table inside Cisco router contains below lines:
ip route 192.168.9.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.108 ip route 192.168.10.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.108 ip route 192.168.11.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.108
